I’m here to share knowledge, offer unwavering support, and help you thrive. Your unique story matters and I believe in your capacity for positive change. Balancing science with your individual needs, together we’ll design a care plan aimed at reaching your health goals.
I completed a Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2014 and my practice as a physiotherapist has evolved throughout the years. My current areas of focus are pelvic health and aiding folks facing persistent/chronic pain. As a mother of two, I’ve personally navigated pelvic health challenges and postpartum recovery, while actively striving to return to my beloved physical activities.
I prioritize ongoing learning and evidence-based care. My approach encompasses the entire body, not just the pelvis, and is rooted in exercise and education. I practice a holistic, trauma-informed model of care.
Beyond work, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my family and trail runs with friends. Before the pandemic and kids, I indulged in travel and triathlon training. While life’s pace has slowed, I now cherish simpler pleasures, such as savoring a good cup of coffee.

I graduated from McMaster kinesiology is 2007 and queens physiotherapy is 2009. I took my pelvic floor training in 2016. I see ortho and pelvic floor clients. I take a holistic approach to treating and have taken many coaching courses as well as different pelvic floor training around exercise visceral trauma and pain. I love helping patients not only recover but bring joy and fun back to their lives. I specialize in pregnancy postpartum and menopause.
When I’m not in clinic you can find me outdoors with my two kids. I enjoy hiking, skiing, soccer, running, yoga, paddle boarding, swimming and ball hockey.
After dealing with my own struggles postpartum I went to see a pelvic health therapist. This appointment led me down a path to healing from my own births and ignited a drive to help other women recover from theirs. In 2016, I completed my training to practice pelvic floor therapy and I have continued to expand my learning in this focus area ever since.
The courses that I take center on preparing womens’ bodies for pregnancy, birth and healing postpartum. Most importantly, they’ve taught me that pelvic floor muscles are just one factor in the postpartum recovery process. Specifically, that a woman’s mindset, nervous system, organs, tissues and muscles all play a part in restoring body balance after birth.
Today, I am proud to practice a holistic approach to physiotherapy. One that considers the body’s “mechanical” functions along with internal factors that keep women stuck in chronic pain with debilitating conditions. I feel compelled to share my knowledge with other women in my community,
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment to support women in healing so they can reclaim their pelvic health on their own terms.
